Chicago Boxed Beef Distrbutors is recalling 3,200 pounds of raw and ready-to-eat sausage because it cannot provide documentation that safe food handling practices were used to prevent cross-contamination. The sausage was sold in Florida, Illinois, South Carolina and Texas.
