Oxfam just published the results of a worldwide poll that measures people's favorite foods. The results vary widely from country to country. For instance, the favorite food in Pakistan is vegetables. Sadly, veggies don't appear on the U.S. list. But tacos and ice cream sure do! For the record, America's favorite food is pizza. Oh, America, don't ever change!
But the world's favorite food is pasta. That's right, good old carb-loaded marinara kissing, cheese covered pasta. Nice choice, Earth. We couldn't agree more.
The whole idea of the report is to shed a light on global hunger and nutrition. Take a look for yourself.
