How about a recipe on the use of quail eggs for those not familiar with them - I see them in the store - would love to use them - but am not familiar with the uses you mention. If you just can hard boil them - how long? Soft boiled? How long? Need more specifics.

My father raises Quail in Louisiana to repopulate the forest after loosing all of them during Katrina along with so many other animals, however, he now has Quail eggs galore. So he now collects the eggs daily by the 100's and freezes them until we figure out what to do with them. They are very fresh and high in protien and we would hate to waste even one. He has been eating 6 or so a day for several months, and says he feels like a young man again. If you're interested in purchasing quail eggs in large or small quantities, just let me know. Also we would love to hear any suggestions you may have for us. darla.jude@gmail.com 731-234-3333 Thanks!
