About
A spaetzel maker/cutter is a kitchen tool that resembles a strainer, a potato ricer, a food mill or cheese grater. The dough is added to a square hole on top of a grater and the dough is cut by sliding it back and forth across a grater into boiling water or broth, creating spaetzel, small dumplings or tiny noodles.
