Cluster Beans Subzi

Ingredients

250 grams Cluster Beans,
1 tablespoon Oil,
1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds,
A Pinch Asafoetida,
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder,
2 teaspoons Coriander Powder,
1 teaspoon Mango Pickle’s oil with it’s masala,
A Pinch Soda-bi- Carb,
Salt to Taste

Preparation

Boil the cluster beans with a pinch soda,

Until soft. String each bean and break into half if long.

Put a pan to heat, add oil, cumin seeds and a pinch asafoetida. Put all cluster beans and the masalas, mix well ( also add the pickle oil and masala). Sprinkle some water and cook for 5 minutes.
