How to make Spanish Tortilla

Ingredients

Potato: 1 (small)
Onion: 1 (small)
Olive/rice bran/sunflower & safflower oil: tablespoon
Eggs: 2
Pepper to taste
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 2 teaspoons

Preparation

Peel and slice potato and onion thinly.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the sliced potato and onion.

Cook for 6-7 minutes until potato is cooked.

Crack eggs into a bowl. Add ketchup, pepper, whisk well.

Transfer cooked potato and onion slices to the egg mix. Stir gently.

Pour this mix back into the pan and cook on medium heat until eggs are set.

Cool slightly and cut into wedges.

Serve with a salad or inside a chapati as a roll.
