Pineapple Rice Pudding By Shobhana Mishra

Ingredients

1 cup of milk
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/4 tablespoon of almonds

Preparation

In a medium saucepan combine milk, rice, sugar.

Over medium heat boil it, once it starts to boil, lower the heat, cover simmer for 10-15 minutes until all the milk is absorbed and rice is tender.

In a bowl combine rice,crushed pineapple,whipped cream and 2tbsp of almonds.

Garnish with almonds.

Makes 6-8 servings. 230 cal.
