Ingredients

1 cup FINE FLOUR (MAIDA),
1/2 cup GHEE,
1/2 cup SUGAR (POWDERED),
1/4 teaspoon SODA BI CARB,
1 teaspoon DRY GINGER POWDER,
FEW DROPS OF FRESH GINGER JUICE,
2 teaspoons CURD TO KNEAD THE DOUGH,
SUGAR TO SPRINKLE

MIX ALL, RUB THE GHEE INTO THE FLOUR.

MAKE A DOUGH USING CURD, ADD WATER

IF NEEDED. ROLL A THICK BASE, SPRINKLE

SUGAR AND ROLL LIGHTLY. CUT SHAPES

USING A COOKIE CUTTER. ARRANGE ON A

GREASED BAKING TRAY. PREHEAT OVEN TO

DEGREE CENTIGRADE FOR 15 - 20

MINUTES. CHECK TO SEE IF DONE.
