Coriander Fish
Ingredients
1 bunch
Coriander
1 kilogram Boneless fish
5
Green
chillies
2 tablespoons
Pepper
Salt
to taste
1 tablespoon
Curd
Oil
to fry
Preparation

Clean
the coriander and chillies and make a paste of it.

Switch on the gas and keep the kadai and pour 3 tbsp of oil in it.

Then add the fish in it and
fry
for 3 mins

Dry
the fish from the oil and
mix
with the coriander, chilli paste and add the pepper,curd and
salt
to it, keep it for 15 mins.

Again keep the kadai and pour oil to
fry
it.

That's it coriander fish ready if we like we
can
add little of mint left in it.
