Fettucine Carbonara

Ingredients
4 slc Bacon Cooked and diced
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 medium Onion diced
To Taste Pepper
2 ounces Dry white wine
1 pound Fettucine cooked and chilled

Note: RESERVE FAT FROM BACON, YOU WILL NEED IT LATER!cook bacon

Combine fat and olive oil in pan, saute onions till soft and yellow. Add white wine and cook for several minutes.

Add pasta, bacon and pepper, toss together till hot.
