Daffodil Dip
Ingredients
1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clv garlic, crushed, peeled, minced
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
1 dsh pepper
2 tablespoons chopped Vidalia or sweet type onion
1 hard-cooked egg yolk
Preparation

Soften cheese and add mayonnaise. Blend well. Add parsley and remaining ingredients, except egg yolk. Mix well. Sprinkle egg yolk on top. Serve with vegetable dippers such as cauliflower florets, celery sticks, radish roses, cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks. This is also good to serve with crackers.

Makes 1 l/2 cups dip.

This Dip is one of the best; it is firmer than most dips and the anchovy flavor, delightful!
