Lemon Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 ounces lemon gelatin powder
1 cup boiling water
2 cups lowfat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press in bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 4 to 5 minutes or until crust is light brown. Refrigerate to chill. In small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to lukewarm. In blender container, blend cottage cheese and lemon peel until smooth. Slowly blend in gelatin mixture; pour into
