Vietnamese Vinegar Salad Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation

In a medium blow, beat together the first six ingredients until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour over the garlic and sliced onion and toss well.
