Garlicky Spinach and Mushroom Pizza
Ingredients
2 cups baby spinach
4 cups mushroom , sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup basil, chopped
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese , shredded
1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 425.

Sprinkle with basil and then top with mozzarella.

Bake in oven for 15 – 20 minutes depending on the thickness of your dough. Five minutes before pizza is done, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
