Aunt Debbie's Famous Peanut Butter Cake
Ingredients
1/4 Peanut Butter
1 cup water
1 stick butter
1/2 cup canola oil
2 cups flour
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Icing:
1 stick butter
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 pound powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Mix together 1/4 cup peanut butter, water, one stick butter, and cooking oil. Set aside.

Beat together flour, eggs, baking soda, sugar, milk, and vanilla in large mixing bowl.

Add peanut butter mixture to mixing bowl and beat together for another minute.

Pour batter into jelly roll pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

While baking, mix ingredients for icing together in medium sauce pan.

Heat icing mixture until it boils.

Remove icing mixture and pour into large mixing bowl.

Using slow speed, mix powdered sugar into icing mixture one cup at a time.

Blend vanilla into icing mixture.

When cake is finished, remove from oven and pour icing mixture over cake while the cake is still hot.

Let cool and serve.
