New Year Detox Green Smoothie
Ingredients
Half cup sliced and frozen bananas
1/2 cup green tea (chilled)
1 tbsp chopped mint
Handful of spinach (approx. 1/2 cup packed)
8 fl. oz. Coconut water (I used Harmless Harvest)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Vega)
Preparation

Simply put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.

Pour into glasses and serve cold.

Recipe will make 2 small smoothies or one big smoothie.

Can add honey for extra sweetness but will increase caloric value of smoothie.
