Easy Potato and Ham Corn Chowder

Ingredients
4 Small Potatoes cut into small chunks
1 cup Cooked Ham, Chopped and Quartered
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
2 Green Onions, Chopped
1/2 small yellow onion, Chopped
1 Large Carrot, Sliced or Chopped
1 Celery Stalk, Chopped
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Monterrey Jack Cheese
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation

Melt butter in sauce pan; saute potatoes, yellow onion, carrot, and celery for 5 minutes. Add green onions, chopped ham, chicken stock, heavy cream, and Lipton Herb & Garlic Soup Mix. Add salt and pepper to taste, as well as small can (or frozen) of corn. Additional chicken stock may be needed. Cook on low heat until potatoes are tender. Add cheeses and stir until melted. Serve with sliced French Bread or Parmesan crackers.
