Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients

1/2 cup Jiffy mix (Bisquick)
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons butter
4 ounces coconut
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt

Preparation

Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Mix everything together. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Should be lightly browned. Serves 6-8.
