Food Processor White Bread

Small Processor: 2 tsp. sugar 1/3 c. warm water 4 c. white flour 3 tbsp. unsalted butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. ice water 2 loaves bread (makes) 4 c. pan size 1 lb. loaf weight

Standard Processor: 3 tsp. sugar 1/3 c. warm water 7 c. white flour 4 tbsp. unsalted butter 2 tsp. salt 2 c. ice water 2 loaves bread (makes) 6 c. pan size 1 1/2 lb. loaf weight

Check the date on the yeast package!! Stir yeast and sugar into the warm water and let stand until fully dissolved (about 5 minutes). Use dough blade to process flour, butter, and salt for 20 seconds. Combine yeast mixture with the cold water. With machine running, pour liquid through the feed tube in a slow steady stream, only as fast as the flour can absorb it. Continue processing until dough cleans the side of the work bowl, then let machine run for 60 seconds to finish kneading. Shape dough into smooth ball and place in lightly oiled bowl, cover with towel and let rise in
