Strawberry And Gulab Jamun Dessert

Ingredients

10 Gulab jamuns,

300 grams Vanilla Ice cream,

15 pieces Strawberries,

1 cup Sugar Syrup,

1 cup Strawberry crush,

12 pieces of Vanilla sponge cake

Preparation

Make gulab jamuns as per the packet instructions. Or buy ready made from the market and cut them into half. Wash and cut the strawberries into half and soak in sugar syrup.

In a tin line it with aluminium foil, then start to layer, first arrange the cakes pieces and moist the cake pieces with strawberry crush. On it spread the ice cream on it arrange the strawberry pieces and cut gulab jamuns.Repeat the same process to layer and on top cover, it with a piece of foil and put the lid of the tin and put in the freezer section of the fridge.
