Foodista Sparkle Cocktail
This cocktail was specially created by Kathy Casey for Foodista's 1st anniversary. Happy 1st anniversary Foodista!!!
Fresh thyme’s savoriness is wonderful against the flavor of tangerine and the crisp sparkle of champagne.
You can also times this batch up (except for tangerine, thyme and champagne) and pre mix for a large crowd. Then just measure 3 oz per drink and add tangerine and thyme – and shake to order—and top off each cocktail with champagne.
