Plaintains Appetizer With Sweet and Spicy Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic (crushed and halved)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon Cayenne powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 cup cilantro
Preparation

Slice each plantain in ¼ inch thick pieces.

Sauté for about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Place flattened plantains back in frying pan and sauté for about 4 minutes on each side.

Sprinkle with a mixture of ½ tsp of Cumin and ½ tsp of brown sugar.

Set on paper towel while making dip.

Combine all dip ingredients in food processor – until smooth.
