Pork Chops Royal

Ingredients

4 pork chops (1 inch thick)
4 thin slices onion
4 thin lemon
4 tablespoons ketchup
4 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; place in greased baking dish. Top each chop with an onion slice and lemon slice. Top each with 1 tablespoon of ketchup and 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; uncover and bake 30 minutes or until tender, basting frequently. Makes 4 servings.

Tip: For party pork chops, use 1 1/2 to 2 inch thick chops and bake, covered, for 2 hours and uncovered for 30 minutes or until tender.
