Muesli Bread

Ingredients

1 egg beaten

1 cup water

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons honey

cup Robin Hood Best for Bread

multigrain blend

1 cup Robin Hood Best for Bread

homestyle white flour

cup Robin Hood or Old Mill oats

teaspoon salt

teaspoon cinnamon

teaspoon Robin Hood/SAF Perfect Rise Gourmet Yeast

2 tablespoons dried cranberries

2 tablespoons raisins

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

Preparation

Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions. Add cranberries, raisins and seeds at "Add ingredients" signal or with other dry ingredients. Select Whole Wheat cycle.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.

Tip: For shaped loaves, simply prepare the dough in the bread machine, then shape, cover with tea towel and let rise until doubled (40 to 60 minutes). Finish baking in conventional oven at 375 degrees. Time will depend on size of loaves.

Bake three 5- by 2 1/2- by 2-inch mini loaves for 20 minutes; or one 9- by 5-inch loaf for 30 minutes. For soft-sided dinner rolls, shape into 16 balls. Place in greased 9-inch square pan. Bake for 18 to 23 minutes.
