(Pour equal amounts into a Brandy Snifter and light. Place hand over the top of the glass to form an airtight seal that extinguishes the flame. Straw is then slide between fingers keeping as tight a seal as possible. Drink beverage through the straw. Remove the straw, put glass to nose and remove hand to allow fumes to be inhaled through the nose.)
