Party Dip - Veggies and Hummus
Ingredients
Roasted peppers and eggplant (homemade or store bought.)
          Hummus (plain.)
          Goat Cheese (cut in chunks.)
      Preparation

Put veggies in food processor along with hummus and chunks of goat cheese.

Blend the ingredients to desired consistancy, or pulse to leave chunky.

Put finished dip into a serving bowl.

Have platter of fresh veggies ready for dipping.

Have a basket or bowl of tortilla chips, breat sticks etc. for dipping.

This party dip is a unique combination of veggies and goat cheese mixed with hummus. All party-dipping favorites. A "Wow" response is a definite. Smooth and creamy. Plenty of room for creativity with choice of veggies to blend.
