Ingredients
1 package Duncan Hines Supreme Lemon cake mix
1 package Jello instant pineapple cream pudding
3/4 cup Wesson
oil
4 whole
eggs
10 ounces 7-Up
2
eggs
1 1/2 cups
sugar
1
stick
butter
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons
flour
1 can Baker's Angel Flake
coconut
A few chopped
pecans
Preparation
1
Mix
all cake ingredients together and
bake
at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.

Mix
together eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple. Cook until thick.
Cool.
Add coconut and pecans and spread over cake.
