Vegetarian Smoothies

Ingredients

ct (10.5-oz) Mori-Nu reduced fat firm tofu
1 Frozen banana (frozen w/peel)
Few handfuls of berries (frozen or fresh)

Hi. i got this recipe out of "the almost no-fat cookbook", and these tofu-smoothies are great! even my SAD family loved them!

NOTE: i've made this with a non-frozen banana too, and it turned out fine.

Blend together in vita-mix, blender,(etc...) This serves two people.
