Potato Casserole

Ingredients

2 pounds package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
cup onion, chopped
teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
a large jar of Cheese-Whiz
1 pint sour cream
2 cups crushed corn flakes
cup melted butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put into greased casserole dish. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.
