Strawberry with Chia seed smoothie
Ingredients
15 frozen strawberry
1 banana
1/ cup of almond milk
100 gr unsweetened greek yogurt
1 tsp your preference sweetener even honey
2 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation

Add all the ingredients except the chia seeds to the blender and blend in high speed.

When the smoothie is ready add the chia seed and stir with a spoon.
