Dehydrated Kale Chips

Ingredients

1 bunch Kale
1 recipe Soy Sesame Topping

Preparation

Wash Kale and remove large stems.

Rip Kale into bit size pieces

In large mixing bowl, place kale pieces and pour topping over all.

Using hands, mix until all kale is evenly coated.

Squeeze Kale as you place it on dehydrator trays.

If you have a thermometer, set to 135 degrees and dry for 4 - 6 hours or until crisp. Otherwise, check after 2 hours for dryness.

Salty and savory, these kale chips are fast to make and tasty. Once you grow tired of eating them as chips, place in a freezer bag and use for seasoning throughout the winter months.
