Fried Shrimp

Ingredients
1 sleeve Saltine crackers
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly-ground white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 dozens shrimp - (26/30 size) peeled, deveined

One at a time, moisten a shrimp in cold water, press into the cracker meal. Moisten again then press into cracker meal again. Place on a tray lined with wax paper and refrigerate one hour.

NOTES : Chef's Tip - For a great flavor variation, use goldfish crackers to make your crumb mix. These cheddar fried shrimp are ones your kids will love.
