Easy Christmas Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

Bacon (or any breakfast meat you prefer)
12 eggs scrambled
3 tablespoons margarine
1 cup shredded cheese (flavor preference)

Preparation

Spray casserole dish with Olive oil or pam, etc

Toast bread and break into bite size chunks and place in the bottom of the casserole dish.

Cook breakfast meat. Add to casserole dish.

Sprinkle a little of the cheese on top of meat.

Add the scrambled eggs over top of everything. Make sure there is enough to cover all the bread and meats.

Bake in 350 degree oven until eggs are soft set, remove and add the cheese.

Bake for a few minutes more until the eggs are completely cooked.

Remove from oven and enjoy.

It is better to let this sit in the refrigerator overnight, so the flavors can blend. I usually use this for Christmas Breakfast.
