Ingredients
1/2 cup
sugar
3 pkgs.
dry yeast
2
eggs
, beaten
3 cups warm
milk
5 cups
flour
1 1/2 cups
rolled oats
1 1/2 teaspoons
salt
1/2 cup melted
butter
Preparation
1
Dissolve
sugar and
yeast
in
warm
milk.
Stir
in beaten eggs. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix
well and spread in greased 11x15 inch pan and let rise 1 hour.
Bake
at 375 degrees until done. Brush with
melted butter
while hot.
Slice
and
serve
.
