Ingredients

pizza dough
powdered sugar to taste
5 cups of vegetable oil or olive oil

Preparation

Let pizza dough sit in room temp for about a hour or so until it puffs

Form round balls with pizza dough what ever size you wish

Heat oil

Fry pizza dough until golden brown

Turn over if needed

Sprinkle powdered sugar to taste or you can use your favorate marinara sauce

Serve hot or at room temp

I think it is from Italy I use to eat it when I was a child and into adulthood.But the pizza places in New York where I am from stopped selling them so I got the recipe and started making them myself
