Easy Paleo Chinese Plum Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb of plums, pitted and chopped – approx. 2 cups
1/4 small onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon coconut sugar
1 Tablespoon tamari soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger powder
Salt to taste

Preparation

Place the plums, onion, and garlic into a blender.

Blend well.

Place the blended sauce into a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add in the rest of the spices and condiments to taste. Stir well.

Serve with your favorite meats.
