Oreo Cookie Filled Truffles

Ingredients

8 ounces of ⅓ less fat softened cr eam cheese

16 3/5 ounces bag of Double Stuff Oreo's (or any of your favorite icing filled cookie) (I used 33 classic dark chocolate for melting and dipping

white chocolate for decoration

2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1/4 th cup Condensed Milk

1/4 th cup Chocolate Sprinkles

Preparation

In a food processor or blender, crush the Oreo cookies until it is pretty fine.

Combine the cream cheese and Oreo crumbs. Come on, you know you want to use your hands! Go for it!

Form balls and let chill in the fridge for about 45-60 minutes. Don’t worry about them being perfect balls at this point…we’ll touch them up after they are chilled.

I didn't like the heavy cream cheese taste, nor how firm the mixture was, since I was using it as a filling, instead of rolling balls for dipping. So I went a head and added:condensed milk, vanilla extract and chocolate sprinkles
