Aloo Kofta

Ingredients
2 medium sized onions (cut them into small slices)
6 garlic
8 cashews
3 chillies
2 tablespoons oil
salt to taste
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 tablespoon chilli powder
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
2 cups curd
Preparation

Boil the potatoes, Peel them and let them lose their moisture

Cut them into big pieces

Grind onions,garlic,cashews,chillies, ginger garlic paste into a smooth paste

Put oil in a wok

When the oil is hot , put mustard seeds and let them burst

Add chilli powder and garam masala powder

Mix well and add curd.

Stir till that becone thick.

Dress it with coriander leaves and cashews
