1 cup Thick curd:
3 cloves Crushed garlic:
5 Mint leaves:
3/4 tea Ajwain: spoon
1/2 tea Garam masala: spoon
2 Dry mango powder: tea spoon
1 Lemon juice: tea spoon
1 Red chilly powder: table spoon
Salt to test
Chaat masala (opt.)
