CARROT CHAPATTI

Ingredients

Baby carrot-4
Wheat flour-1 1/2cups
Salt-to taste
Baking soda-1/4tsp
Sugar-1/2tsp
Water
oil

Preparation

Cut the baby carrot into small pieces.

Take a blender,add carrot and blend in smooth paste.

Place a wheat flour in a bowl,add salt,baking soda,sugar,carrot paste and mix well.

Add required amount of water and mix well.After wheat flour comes in dough shape.

Dough divided into 6 or 7 balls.Roll the dough in a rolling pin.

Place a rolling dough in a chapatti pan.

Add some oil on edge sides.

Turn on both sides until comes in golden brown.

Hot and serve with "vegetable kurma".
