3 Karimeen/Pearlspot-
2 teaspoons Black pepper powder-
1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder-
Turmeric powder- a pinch
1 tablespoon Garlic paste-
1 tablespoon Ginger paste-
1 teaspoon Lemon juice-
2 sprigs Curry Leaves-
Coconut Oil- enough to spray on the leaf

Clean the fish by taking out the head with the parts in the stomach of the fish. Keep the tail intact.Make some shallow slits on the fish.

This is a traditional Kerala (sputh India) recipe.You could replace pearlspots with Tilapia fish if you wish
