Cranberry Apple Cobbler

Ingredients

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
4 cups (4 medium) apples, peeled, cored, and sliced ΒΌ inch thick
2 cups fresh or frozen whole cranberries, thawed
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
1/2 cup butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

In large bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add apples and cranberries. Toss to coat with flour mixture. Place in 2-quart casserole dish.

For crumbs, in medium bowl, stir together 2/3 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes.
