Thandiai /Thadal (Almond Drink For Ramadan)

Ingredients

15 Almonds (Badam) soaked in water for 5- 6 hours and skin
2 teaspoons Pumpkin/melon seeds (Chahar Magaz)
1 teaspoon Poppy seeds (Khashkhas) soaked in water
4 Black pepper corns (Kali Mirch)
2 Green Cardamom (Choti ilaichi)
3 tablespoons Sugar to taste
2 glass Chilled Milk

Preparation

Crush soaked almonds, poppy seeds, black pepper, Cardamom in a crusher(Manual/electric) to a smooth paste. Then add sugar and milk to it.

A delicious almond drink is ready for Iftar.
