Apple Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1/4 Cup Milk
2/3 Cup Cane Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
2 Apples

Preparation

Heat oven to 375 Degrees.  Grease a 12 muffin  pan or line with cupcake liners and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder.  Set aside.

Place cane and brown sugar in a large bowl.  Add milk.  Add egg and mix until smooth.

Stir in melted butter.  Mix well.

Add flour and baking powder.  Beat until smooth.

Peel apples and cut into 1/2″ cubes,

Add to batter with frozen blueberries.

Fill muffin tins right to the top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
