Guglhupf - A Typical Austrian Cake

Ingredients
250 grams Sugar,
125 grams ground walnuts,
1 packet vanillasugar,
1/2 packet (or 1 teaspoon) baking powder,
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon,
125 milliliters water,
125 milliliters sun flower oil
125 grams wheat flour
Preparation

Preheat your oven to 180 C

Mix well together egg yolks and sugar

Add one by one all the other ingredients except the egg whites

Whip the eggs until stiff and incorporate them to your basic dough

Butter your Guglhupfpan and duste with some flour. Fill your dough into the pan and put in in the preheated oven for about 35 min.
