Tikka (Chicken Tikka)

Ingredients

8 pieces Chicken (Tikka Cut)
1/4 cup Oil
2 inches Ginger crushed
1 pod Ginger crushed
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon Cardamom green powder
1 teaspoon Cubeb powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain whole
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients and make a paste.

Then coat this paste on chicken pieces and keep aside to marinate for 2-3 hours.

Insert marinated chicken pieces on skewers (seekhs) and grill over charcoal fire till tender.

Serve with Mint chutney and salad and Tandoori Roti.
