Italian Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan & Romano cheeses, mixed
1/4 cup Dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
6 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
Preparation

HEAT oven to 400 F. Grease bottom of 15x10x1-inch baking pan. MIX cheese, crumbs and seasonings. Dip chicken in butter; coat with cheese mixture.

Place in prepared pan.

BAKE 20 to 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

Makes 6 servings.

Spicy Variation: Substitute 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper for black pepper.
