Custard-Apple Mousse

Ingredients
10 custard-apples
1 can sweetened evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons warm water
6 smalls fresh mint leaves (optional)

Put the mixture into one glass dessert bowl, or six stemmed dessert glasses. Refrigerate for a minimum of four hours. Serve garnished with a mint leaf.
