Raspberry-Watermelon Sangria
Ingredients
3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed, plus 1/2 cup watermelon cut into balls using a melon baller
1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
3 ounces raspberry simple syrup
1 bottle rose wine
4 ounces vodka
2 ounces Cointreau
1/3 cup fresh raspberries, for garnish
mint, for garnish (optional)
Preparation

Using a kitchen blender, add the 3 cups of cubed watermelon, lime juice and simple syrup, blend on high for 2 minutes.

Strain the mixture into a glass pitcher. Add the wine, vodka and Cointreau. Mix to blend. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 house.

To serve, mix well, add ice, watermelon balls and fresh raspberries. Serve with a sprig of mint.
