Simple Crab Salad
Ingredients
1 package crab meat (8 oz)
3 green onions, cut
2 carrots, diced
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup mayo
2-3 celery stalks, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Place green onions, carrots and celery (optional) into a mixing bowl

Chop up crab meat and mix into vegetables

Add mayo and sugar and combine

Refrigerate for at least an hour, serve
